I'm looking for a dedicated server and have spent almost a week looking for something but can't get what I want, so maybe what I want is not possible?
Just wondering if it's possible to run ASP and PHP off the same server with ASP retrieving information from MS Access or SQL Server and PHP retrieving information from mySQL or mSQL?
If that's possible, can anyone suggest a company to me that does that?
The dedicated server I'm looking for should also have a web-based control panel for me to add domains, subdomains and the other usual maintenance stuff.
Much appreciated...

I do all of this on one of my dedicated Windows server and it works fine.
Because you have control over a dedicated server, you can do what you want - a dedicated host is not going to setup PHP etc. for you. All you need to do is to find a decent dedicated windows server from any well priced, quality host and you have to set these things up or pay someone to do it for you.
I expect most dedicated hosts will offer DNS services (some you have to phone in requests, others via a DNS control panel).
Right now, I know Rackspace would meet all your requirements (mainly because of the DNS control panel) and they are good but expensive. I bet there are many cheaper ones. Depending on budget, quality requirements, you may want to try a cheaper outfit.
But yes, I would expect most Windows hosts or hosts that offer windows platforms to be able to meet your requirements.
Also, a tip, forget Access because it is poor in multi-user web environments and tends to lock up the webserver. SQLServer and MySQL are dead reliable.

Thanks for that info.
Can you suggest a relatively inexpensive Windows dedicated server host that can do that besides rackspace. I find their prices are a bit steep.

Rackspace are steep but they seem to be very good. However, I reckon you can find a lot cheaper. I can't recommend anyone I'm afraid but I suggest that you just do some old fashioned searching using the host search engine on this site.
Unless someone else can recommend a good, cheap dedicated windows server.
