Anyone have any experience with them? I was thinking about using them, but I wanted opinions first

Welcome to the forums.
I dont have the ability to be able to search here in WebHost Directory by company name (we are hoping this will be implemented pretty soon)
You might check http://www.hostsearch.com
I believe they have some customer reviews posted.

Yep - a facility to search companies by name would be very useful and looks for awards, reviews etc.

It is about time webhostdir added this to their site.
