I finally recieved an answer from Dataflame after requesting a refund....

Hello,

A refund of £7.39 has been credited back to your card for the cancellation of your hosting package.
This has been broken down by £29.88 one year's hosting, less £20.00 early cancellation fee less one months hosting at £2.59.

I opened the account, requested a refund within 4 days (after almost everyday discussions with thier almost one email per day 'customer support' response).

WHAT A RIP-OFF!

DATAFLAME = JUST PLAIN NASTY.
Same thing happened to me with gisol. They charges 140 for there pro package. I request a refund after 7 days. They charged 30 USD as service charges.

Moral: do not ever host with such web hosting companies, unless you have plenty of money to spare.
