Do all you hosting companies use lawyers for your terms and conditions or have any of you drawn up your own?
I'd be interested to know if there are any websites that can offer standard Ts & Cs free that we can customise to suit our business.

Not free but:
http://www.lawguru.com/books/forms/form00.html
has a bunch of books for sale on that very subject - might be of interest to you.
Other resources: (and free forms)

http://www.ilrg.com

Hope that helps :)

Books and boiler plates can get you started. But in the end you should have a lawyer look over your final TOS to make sure it's proper.
