Has RegisterFly Made Improvements?

I'm in a unique situation and looking for a reputable registrar. I was with a host and purchased all my domains though them. These names were actually wholesaled though Tucows. I've since left that host and managing my names is difficult not to mention all of them are separate. I once accessed all my names through my c-panel my new host does not have such access.

I was looking around on the web and found RegisterFly as well as TheFlypaper. RegisterFly has a great looking site with lots of information and great prices. Most of the registrar sites I've found are very basic and leave me second guessing service. The ironic thing about that is as I researched RegisterFly online I found nothing but complaints. Most of these complaints are dated however a few new ones are on these forums.

My Question: Has RegisterFly turned things around? They must have some happy customers.. Should I risk transferring my domains to RegisterFly?

If you have domains registered at RegisterFly i would advise you to transfer them away A.S.A.P.! Thank god we don't use their hosting and DNS services... so no experience with that. But they are by far the worst registrar to have your domains with.
- They overcharged my creditcard because their renewal system is crap! We have lost 3 domains due to their incompetence.
- The control panel is always slow
- And don't even ask about their rude "support" answers (after 2 - 3 days!) when opening a support ticket. Or trying in contact with their non existing "live support chat"

That is still in comparing with other horror stories very positive!
There is one advise from me and many others: MOVE all your domain as far as possible from registerfly!
Reasons? Too many to tell here but in main these are:
Credit card fraud
domain names disappearing from your account with them
Not able to renew domain names you own by them and after that offering you to buy them back for $200 USD or more
No 24/7 support in fact no support at all
No reply on tickets on support
