Hi I just changed my provider to Telekomaustria.com
I really could not beleive it when they said I could be ripe contact and owner of the IP range but it is true. If you are interested in this check out http://www.telekomaustria.com. The cost per a server is less than I was paying before and it is directly on the International backbone. Fast. If you are running a list this is the place to be.
