you might want to try MCHost. Most companies will offer a reseller plan but not too many go for that unlimited domains thing. I think they do it though, and appear to have a good reputation amongst customers.

Ohh...

but I don't think they use CPanel to do it. As far as I'm aware you can't really set CPanel up to do that without a lot of manual tinkering around setting them up.

MCHOST is awesome but I need a place that will offer me more space and bandwidth.

Well they're about the biggest I'd recommend you use. Anyone offering larger is going to be pushing the bounds of reality. In any event try donhost or fasthosts. Neither I'd recommend in a blue fit, but if size Vs price is your only deciding factor, that's where to go. Expect it to be a bit of a rocky road though :)

Well the following 2 hosts meet your requirements, and I recommend them in the following order:
www.splashhost.com and
www.ecommercediscovery.com

Both of them also use Cpanel/WHM. FYI McHost also uses Cpanel/WHM for their reseller accounts.

I wasn't trying to advertise. I was asking what Cpanel means. I guess just the cpanel?? in the subject line wasn't enough... sorry.

Cpanel is, oddly enough, a control panel :) http://www.cpanel.net

It's a fairly common one now and uses the cpanel part of customers. It's quite feature packed, though for a host can cause a few problems now and then as it sometimes has a mind of it's own. Customers enjoy using it though as they have a high level of control over many areas of their account. The upper end of it is WHM (web hosting manager), which has both reseller, and root level control panel, where they can set up accounts, modify user's information, etc.

Plesk, Ensim, and Alabanza's 'Domain Manager' are a few others, but for all their quality, and or feature lists, I'm still in favor of cpanel, as are most people.
