I am looking for a dedicated server for under 100 USD a month. Please give your suggestions.
Minimum requirements:

CI host offers it for $99 per month + $200 startup--which I'm willing to pay.

Although cihost has been criticised by many, I host with them and I haven't had a problem yet. But I'd still like to see what's out there.

I just found a deal on some servers, so I bought a few. They are Celeron 900, 256mb ram, 40gb HD, and they meet or exceed your other specs.

I could probably let a couple of them go at $75/mo, including 8 IP addresses. Setup fee is negotiable.
