Cobaltrack.com anyone?

I am looking to get a dedicated server this week. I looked through the webdir here and cobaltrack seems to offer a decent deal. Has anyone had any experience with them? Good or bad:o

might just be one guy venting but he's gone to a lot of effort :) It's enough to put me off... and no I have no idea who the guy is. :)
