Avoid resellermatrix at all cost. They are notorious for not refunding money and other problems. They are also in the middle of a large number of lawsuits from what I hear.

If you're looking for windows hosting try:
http://www.handyhosting.com
Mike seems like a pretty good guy and is pretty quick with the e-mail. If you're looking for Linux hosting that supports ASP I can't think of any right now. Most will probably be in VDI with C-Panel, and no-one is too happy with them right now... You could try to track doen a RAQ based reseller that has chilliASP installed...

I suggest checking out RevenueHost. They are a division totally dedicated to reseller hosting and have a pretty solid operation.

Hello to all.
Lament that my language groins are not very correct, but I will try that you understand me.
Ago exactly a week carries out a question in this [forum] related with the ISP "ResellerMatrix" and the bad opinion that you have on him. Nobody knew how to me to give a convincing answer. Now the user responds you "[fatboy]" with the same words (exact!) that he/she/it/you responded previously to another related consultation with this supplier. Is not he/she/it/you strange?
Do all the suppliers make errors, for that you/he/she/it in this [forum] are tried to destroy to Resellermatrix?
"Who I/he/she/it/you am free of sin that throws the first stone" (. And I am not religious!)
Reason has won Resellermatrix twice the prize to the better supplier of [hosting] for resellers that is granted from http:// www.webhosters.com/top_hosts/monthly_awards/index.html
What explanation do they have to give to these prizes?
Respond, please.
Thank you and greetings.

Many times the awards are given to companies that pay them for advertising.

We have actually received many awards, and do not choose to aknowledge them as we think they are all scams.
Every award that I know of, they require you to place the award on your site, linking back to their site.
That is all they are trying to do, getting lots of sites to link to theirs so they can make a few more bucks in advertising. The more people they can get to link to their site, the higher they rank in search engines and the more people go to their site.

Both our hosting and e-tail site have won several awards. Some want links back, some not.
Some awards are little more than just copying the graphic to your site (for real!) while others do require some verification.
For example, the Gomez A+ award really is researched before they give it to you.

Dear friends:
Do you be questioning the truthfulness of those prizes (will he/she/it/you be for that is there any do they have given it to you?), but does nobody go to the bottom of the question: the service that offers Resellermatrix.
Is he/she/it/you that is not there no opinion that could be reasoned and that do I/he/she/it/you be based on data and not in what does a friend have said you?
Greetings and you don't defraud me.

Greetings erespyme,
Im not sure this will help you but will try to explain this to you in a little different way.
As far as prizes, awards, TOPslots in the directories, etc.
the answer is "you pay to be placed"
Theres also organizations that you can JOIN to be ranked, rated in a first class category..usually of "your choice"
Pay the price, and you are on the list. Some of these are just notorious for listing some of the worst hosts! Its bothersome to the hosting industry, AS A WHOLE because internet surfers THINK if they choose host A or host B that they must be the BEST choice, simply because they were on that list?
In lots of cases, this is the furtherest thing from the truth!
You have to sum this up and accept that these places are businesses, and this is what keeps them running.
Im not saying all of us agree with that either, but its the truth.
Now, as far as resellermatrix? I dont think it was harm intended by fatboy in his post? I BELIEVE, he was giving a warning, because he has seen posts, or reviews, about this company.
It APPEARS they have a poor support system (as alot of hosts do!)
To give you an idea of reviews BY customers....I looked up resellermatrix here in webhostdir....and I dont see any customer reviews, unless I overlooked them? I went to hostsearch.com and looked the co. up there
Here are some user reviews there
http://www.hostsearch.com/showcomment.asp?Companycode=1771
I would suggest going through those reviews, and any user thats left an email, or any other kind of contact info..... follow up and email them directly and question them about their services.
I cannot speak from USING their services, BUT Ive seen several posts on various boards with negative comments BY users.
Its seems to repeat they have CHEAP plans, with little support?
I have received junk mail from them myself. About 6 months ago they persisted with emailing me constantly....trying to persuade me to join resellermatrix as a reseller. It was quite humorous to me because Hostcaters isnt a reseller. We lease our servers from Alabanza directly.
I hope this helps you figure things out a little better!:D

I tend to think that a LAW SUIT is a sign of trouble.

I've had a great experience with Resellermatrix... I dont know where this negative reputation comes from, but they've been very helpful to me.

I cant speak for the other directories, and a couple of them post here so maybe they will correct me, but we dont take a penny from our award winners. We're as objective as is possible.
As I've said before, if we give an award to an existing advertiser then were accussed of bias. If we give an award to a company that then becomes an advertiser, then we're accussed of bias. The fact is, companies that are performing well in their industry are likely to have more cash flowing through their books. Which means theyre more likely to pay for advertising. Its a catch 22 situation.
If you speak to Tommy and the rest of his team, he'll probably tell you he wished it was a simple as just pulling of a list of current advertisers, and giving them all awards. I can tell you several people work long and hard at appraising the winners each month. Theyre working on this months right now.....

Thats not true, that's simply YOUR opinion. I've had customers of mine cancel with my host (with resellermatrix) and they've honored it and refunded me for those accounts appropriately. Whatever you're hearing must be in your head... WARNING TO ALL READERS: this is rumour central! don't take anything said here as the gospel... I am outraged that garbage like this spreads. I certainly would take action if my host experienced anything like this.

I've contacted them about this and from what I know it's a misunderstanding (mistaken for a pyramid scheme) and it involves Matrixcubed (former parent company) and not ResellerMatrix...
