I'm having the worst time with totalhosting.com- the so-called tech support that they offer is no existent. i've very happy with the space, etc that I'm getting for my money but when i send tech requests they often reply with one sentence answers that are useless or they ignore the majority of my request.
For 3 days now I have been trying to get them to fix my web-based e-mail account. They keep closing my requests and have repeatedly ignored my demands that i be contacted via phone by a supervisor. When I finally did get a return call, the guy only left his first name and the # he left repeatedly went unanswered. My site averages over 100,000 hits a month & they are crippling my business by cutting off my means of communication.
I'm looking for a new host and I'd appreciate any recommendations! Thank you for listening to the rants of a frazzled webmaster!
