Any host with >= 500 MB and <= 30 US$ p.m.?

Hi,

My simple requirements are as follows:


M U S T . H A V E

1. 500 MB disk space (at least)
2. Less than 30 USD per month
3. PHP 4 and a database, preferably MySQL
4. SSH and CRON jobs
5. Folder level password protection


G O O D . T O . H A V E

1. Unlimited emails, FTP, a mailing list
2. Fixed IP address
3. Some sort of an incentive for hosting 3-4 domains


Trust me, I have researched (Hostindex.com, CNET, Webhost magazine etc) but the only two that meet my criteria are:

1. CI Host (lots of space, but I'd avoid them for reasons mentioned on this site - besides they still have PHP 3!)
2. Site Turn (http://www.siteturn.com) - but they have not replied in one month!

Around 6-10 GB per month should be OK, but ideally unlimited. :) Its not going to be a very busy website, if that tells you anything..

Both Site 5 and Weinbar are quite highly recommended lately. I don't think you'll go wrong with either of them. Site 5's been around a little longer I think... Really your choice on either one should keep you happy for quite a while. :)
