can someone please explain to me how a company can charge $<whatever> per GB based on the 95th percentile...!? thats what edothost and vosn (edot's provider) claim to do... ! and they say they have 10 years of collective webhosting experience (edot's provider) with two gigE feeds... LOL... very funny... LOL

plus... if they are colocating at verio, then they'd be tier-1... but they claim to have their own datacenter... which dumps them at tier-3, doesn't it? but they brag about being tier-1...?
