I can understand why Burstnet gets so much "hate" mail. When I signed with them, NOWHERE did they mention that they were in the process of moving because their old facilities were so slooooooooow and intermittent. They were supposed to move today. Who knows? My site has been inaccessible for 48 hrs and there has been no response from support by email, phone, AIM, or ICQ. I believe they just have their "support" guy sign on those services, then he goes to sleep. I have NEVER gotten support at night.
But I will be getting a refund.
Sooooooo, I'm in need of a host with 1-2gb storage and 30-50 gb/mo transfer.
Anyone know about 123 Instant Website Design or Web Host AZ?

I found one of them listed on our site, but there were no user reviews :(

Thanks.
A note for anyone who may be interested. I sent them an email after I made this post to ask them specifically about the space (1-2 gb), and the bandwidth (30-50 gb/mo), that I needed. I received a response very timely assuring me that I would not be considered a "high user" at those levels. Since they have a written money back guarantee, and a free trial, I'm going to give them a spin.
I'll post my experience.l

so does anyone know what happened with their move? Did it go ahead? It all seems to have gone deathly quiet over there of late (unless I've been missing the posts on various forums)

Hi,
I've heard that the move went smoothly and that they are settled in their new NOC. Check out the advertising forum on webhostingtalk. Burst has quite a few posts in there where they talk about the move. Now, we just have to hear from their customers :)

Well, I tried WebHostAZ. Even though I had WRITTEN confirmation that my bandwidth and space requirements fell with their TOS, at the first of the month I received an email notice that I was over my bandwidth due to a "burst" on one day. I offered to purchase another account and spread the bandwidth out, but the only response I received was the shutting down of my site.
They have NEVER acknowledged their prior hosting agreement with me, even though I have sent them copies 3 separate times.
I finally received an email from Regsoft.com, their agent in the states, that a refund of hosting fees would be forthcoming. but any "extras" (I had purchased two CPs, so bandwidth WOULD be counted against two domains), were nonrefrundable.
I have since read negative articles about Fast Hosts, which is listed as the network for WebHostAZ, when running traceroute.
Oh, there IS a review of them here now, as well as a complaint registered with FTC. :)

IMO, forum regulars generally like to stay well clear of anything linked with Fasthosts. I received their recent newsletter and one paragraph started with the line:
'Once again we apologise for the recent downtime...'
Nuff said!
It's not just other people's negative articles, it would appear that they are publishing their own. It's suprising really becasue they are a decent size company.
