Can't leave it at that. DonHost have one of the worst reputations on the net. I'm not saying this as a competitor but they really suck so bad. Check this thread or any anywhere on DonHost:

What do u mean they arent better than ya. I really hate that 50% off plans. I like one package that gives me everythign so i make all plans by myself and not just helping host to sell their package. Do u offer anything like donhost? Like in big part so I make my own plans?

Sorry for the delay in replying, your post missed me somehow.

Our packages are far more powerful than DonHost's. Yes you can create your plans, set limits, do whatever you need to do with your space. You may have gone to the wrong page. Our Virtual Reseller plans are here:

http://www.hostnexus.com/rs_virtual.html

We will support your clients 100% unlike any other host out there, anonymously of course :D . That means real 24/7 support for you and your clients. We give you access to a support site that you brand as your own. It has an Online Manual, FAQ, Trouble Ticket HelpDesk, and a Server Status Monitor.

Imagine the freedom of not supporting your clients! It eats 90% of our time and we are just fanatical about it. You concentrate on sales, we do the rest. All you have to do is offer phone support if you want.

For your personal support, three techs monitor the Live Chat around the clock, also there's email, ticket system, forums, manuals etc............

Plans start at $44.95/mo. ;)
