I made a wallpaper a while back and just redid it a bit yesterday.
Please tell me which one you prefer:

New version (http://people.we.mediaone.net/dahl/doyousee1024-2.jpg)

The new one for me. It draws you in more and the repeat of the image behind the text really makes you read it and focus onto it. The original was drawing you away to the top left. Also I like the warmer colors so maybe thats why too :)

Couldnt agree more with Tommy really! :D
The brighter colours on the 2nd one make it much more warmer :D

Here's a top tip for web designers:
I drew something that allowed me to easily see what web pages would look like on other resolutions.
By adding guidelines to the wallpaper, I know where to shrink my browser window to if I wanted a preview in a lower res.
It's in JPEG for the web so unfortunately it's a bit lossy.

It saves changing the screen area in Display Properties over and over again!

Remember it's for a 1280x1024 desktop only. If you want to draw one up fpr another size just create a new image to the size your desktop is, then draw the 640x480, 800x600... lines in at the appropriate points.
Then enjoy!
:D

I updated it (http://www.andersdahl.com/andersair/doyousee.html) and will now leave it alone. :) I hope it now has the best of both versions.
