I didn't tried human click but I'm sure that, even if they're faster than a human, they don't replace one. Personally I don't use them cause my clients problems really need to be resolved by a human(who needs to make some research before answering).

Thanks to all posters in this thread, I actually had planned to create a small php alternative myself but having seen http://www.phplivesupport.com/web/phplive_web/ I can cross it of my things to do :-)
