iBill has a $50/month max you can recurring bill a customer per month. Not sure if that's an issue with you or not. From their web site:

"Recurring Billing: On recurring billing charges, you can charge visitors to your site any dollar amount between $2.95 and $100 for the first charge, but no more than $50 for subsequent monthly charges."

Their service charges (http://www.ibill.com/Services/iBillComplete/subscription_fees.cfm) seem kinda high too. I suppose it depends on what you're selling. If it's $5 or less, 15% isn't too bad compared to the likes of 2Checkout or PaySystems. However, if it's $10 or more, you'll save money with the others.

i a gree with C & S, ibill is mostly for adult industry web sites. And I belive their charges are about 30% of the total sale.
