Has anyone tried Hostbuilder.com before?
I'm looking for a new reseller as I was burned from the one I'm with right now. Anyone tried any of the following resellers before:
liveplanets.com (I heard they also run Hosting24-7.com)
Neitsolutions.com
Hope you guys can leave me some feedback on my post.
Thanks!

Hello we are not a reseller anymore but when we did we used a few before we found a good place.
I would reccomend staying away from
liveplanets.com, Hosting24-7.com,Ipathgroup.com
They are all the same company. They had my money for three weeks before I started to question when My account would be set up. I then not being able to get a e-mail response called them. The guy I spoke to one of the owners sounded like he just woke up and was very confusing to chat with. Kept on stating I would need to pay extra $$ for this and extra $$ for that. Also at the time the prices advertised on their site were not the acutaly the prices they charged me. After all this and more trouble IO canceled and they only refunded 1/2 my money even though my account was never live. They also took a month to transfer my domain name to which I had to fight to get tranfered.
All three of those companies and I believe they just set up another company are a scam. I forgot the two names of the owners Something "Bundi". I would stay away from them and any company the two brothers are associated with.

We were also with Cedura (formally known as resellermatrix). They were fine before it was taken over by Cedura.net. Then all hell broke loose. Their servers were so unreliable and support takes a few days to process. I'm currently waiting for them to credit my credit card back and its taken more than 2 months for them to do so.
Good luck with your search.

Jrei, I have been with liveplanets for a couple of month and do not seem to have anywhere close to the kinds of problems you said you went through. But what I want to know if you said you paid for an account and it was not set up for 3 weeks, how did that happen because they do not even allow you to pay for your account upfront. You must take thier 5 day trial and the order form does not take CC's. So were did you submit your CC?
