Does anyone know of a good graphics editor?

I need to know if anyone can tell me were to find a free graphics editor, such as photo shop, But free....Please don't send me to a site that u have to pay.......

Paint Shop Pro, thats gotta be your best choice. Photoshop is great but also very expensive.

you could search for 'The Gimp' It's free and close to photoshop, but the windows version is still in beta so if you do use it expect some odd side effects and crashes.

For something similar but more of a paint program (natural strokes) do a search for 'Project Dogwaffle' - seriously

For something like Illustrator check out Zoner.com Version 3 is free, while the upgrade to ver 4 is only $50 or so I think

Not a bad collection to get you going :)
