i would be cautious of this company...I believe they have a bit of an identity crisis. They are also known as

http://www.octanehost.com
http://www.hivelocity.net
http://www.sitehoster.com

They all have the same site for each domain. The reason I would not trust them is that they rely on spam to sell there accounts, wich I hate this form of solicitation.
