The site talks about 3 packages a free one, one where you have to have a DNS, and one where they provide a DNS...
... My question is what does it mean by DNS? Does it mean if you have a webhosting provider, thats a DNS and you just transfer the domain to ur webhosting provider or how does that work?

Good question. The one that means you need an existing noe means that it is a redirect URL. If you dont need it, they provide space.
