Does anyone know where I can find/hire a 24/7 tech support service? I have great support now but I want to be able to take a break and not check my computer every hour or so.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

I just did a quick search on Yahoo and found quite a list of oursourced technical support providers from A-Tech to Zund:

None of them appear to specialize in providing web hosting tech support, so perhaps there is a business opportunity for some enterprising hosting experts out there.

Have you tried bobcares.com (http://bobcares.com/) ?
(not sure if they offer phone support)

support outsourcing is a bad idea... third party will never offer the support you [or your own employees] can offer. But then again, it may save you some bucks in the middle, but will cost too much if you grow big...

I just went ahead and got a on call tech...... but I appreciate everyone's input. This way...... I can learn as I go and will be able to offer support help myself.

That is probably the best way to do it. I dont like outsourcing support to a company personally I would rather hire someone to do it. You have more control over it.
