I've been making adult banners for some time now and have just got my non adult web site up www.xwebdesigner.com
Banners & Logos is what I make the best and I make them at a low cost

As for web designs the starting cost is only $25
My site is the only example I can give you for web design I'm still waiting on that first site to design for someone.
