This is just a heads-up to all who might be considering using Cubesoft Communications as a host: Don't!
They deleted our account of three years for no apparent reason and with no explanation. They have ignored all of emails inquiring why. They supply no contact info on their website other than an email form to which they have repeatedly refused to reply.
We mistakenly chose to go with a budget (virtual) plan and hence when we were forced to change hosts by Cubesoft suddenly deleting our account (which was paid up to date btw), our url changed, and therefore we had to resubmit our new url to everywhere we had promoted the old one. This costed us thousands of dollars in business loss and continues to be costly until we are able to publicize the new url as widely as the old one. I realize the choice of virtual hosting over a regular domain was our mistake, but wouldn't have been a mistake at all if Cubesoft had not basically dumped our company off the face of the earth.
My company, Harmony Hollow Software, is very small, yet is the sole source of income for my family. I am a stroke patient and am self taught in programming. I was forced out of my regular job by the illness. I am not trying to get anyone's sympathy but just trying to show how such an indiscriminate move by an uncaring company like Cubesoft can really hit someone hard. We're not all Fortune500 companys who can simply absorb this kind of thing without feeling it. I felt it hard.
