Need a dedicated server for small game

Heyaz people. I'm involved with a small player run game called Subspace. I'm looking into getting a dedicated server with the following requirements:
Windows 2000/NT
256mb ram
750mhz PIII
50-100 gigs transfer monthly

That's the basics. I only have about $99-$150 a month that I can spare for this and hopefully the setup won't be killer. Can anybody help me out? Thanks for your time,
