Can anyone suggest best storefront script software?

if you like a free cart, just use OSCommerce. its free and its even installed on allot of servers.
So basically you press a button and you have a shop.
Only thing is there is allot of messing around with it if you like to customize it.

pluses are it is very very popular, there are allot of plug in's, lots of people know the cart and so its easier to find someone to do the job for you. lots of pre made designs are out there, even free ones.

This Storefront php script uses a database to store category and product information. This script makes a great addition to any website or can also be used as a stand alone website. Visitors can browse and order available products that have been added to the store with ease.

can you pay for such services, I am a website designer myself but if you cannot afford a designer and want to do it yourself can you install the script yourself?
I don't think it's such a great idea to tell anyone who's that desperate to get attention O.o As things like this could prove to be abused, and if you're unwilling to learn any programing language in order to accomplish this task, this demonstrates that it doesn't really interest you very much.
