Not sure i read your question right, but if what your mean is who offers the cheapest search engine submission as a service. Then i'd say do it yourself. In the business of Search engine submissions there is no guarantee of the results so you're better of doing it yourself than paying somebody who is making empty promises.

You might want to check out a few of the sites dedicated to this subject. One of the best around is www.spiderfood.net

Alternatively there are some good tools out there which might help you find out where your site needs improvement to increase its search engine rankings. Try www.webpositiongold.com

Hope this helps,

I would try www.overture.com
It is like a bidding system, you bid your possition on the search engines.
Some keywords are more expensive than others.

It is a good way to get targetted traffic.

Hope this helps. :)

Can be effective depending on the popularity of the key words relating to your industry. Be careful not to blow a fist full of dollars just competing with your competitors for rankings.

If knowing what you get for the price is a priority for you then Overture will be a good choice. With them you will pay your price and know where you stand in the results.

Have a good read up about how they work and where else their search results appear.

yes, trying to compete with others could end up being quite expensive depending on the keywords for example "web hosting".
Major directories and search engines are selling top ranking positions to Overture.

Another couple of sites you might want to take a look at are www.searchengineshowdown.com and www.searchenginewatch.com

ok I'll let you know what I think! I don't understand about doing it yourself, but I guess I will find out!

Well the way i read your first post, it sounded like you were looking for a service that submits your site to search engines?

So by doing it yourself you would be saving a lot of money, if not time

Hello all!

I agree with James. It will be better for you to do submission by yourself. You can save your money and gain experience in title, description and content editing.

To major search engines (like Google, Altavista, MSN, Fast, etc) you must submit by hands. Don't submit frequently. You must wait up to several months before your site will appear in the search index.

Don't forget catalogs (Yahoo, DMOZ, Looksmark). Good positions in catalogs can give you up to 50% of visitors.

If you don't have such experience in PPC advertising - be careful with it. You can spend money for non relevant visitors.

Don't use Overture suggestion tool for finding "relevant keywords" - their statistics are faulty. They want you to spend your money, not to save money.

Submit to search engines yourself. Auto submissions from software, which is used by many, are becoming ineffective at getting you listed.
