Thanks for the nice tips on EC sites themselves. But I think the most important thing is how to promote our sites and receive more traffics and thus sales. :)

I think we need to pay more attentions to channels for marketing our sites like blogging and social media in 2010.

These are all really good tips. The point you make about SSL I had overlooked and will make sure it is more clearly sign posted on my site. Also I need to offer a better search function.
