Orioncities stole me!!

Hi,
my name is Fawzi! I'm from Tunisia. I paid a Canadian host company (Orioncities) to design a web site for me, I'm registered in their website, I paid them 2000$. They told me they will finish the work in 20 day but now after more than 60 day they didn't finished it and they refuse to answer my questions about this delay! I lost my time, my money and my website is not finished or maybe not even done! How can I have my money back or oblige them to give me my website in the time when I'm in Tunisia?? please tell me what to do! 2000$ is a big amount of money here in Tunisia and I can't just forget them! please help me! how the Canadian law can help me?

Did you pay via Credit Card? If so, phone your CC provider and explain the situation to them, its likely they will be able to assist you with a chargeback.

I payed them via Western Union.
what makes me really angry is that I can't find their true phone number or their true address! I called many numbers but all were wrong numbers! do you have any idea to find out the true location and phone number of this company? this is their webs site www.orioncities.com
