Well here is the full story. One of our customer?s domains had expired and they wanted us to re-register the domain. For some reason StarGate did not allow us to re-register the domain and we told our client that. Our client then emailed StarGate about re-registering their domain. StarGate then gave our client our Login and Password to our StarGate account.
Our client could have done anything to our domains that we had registered through StarGate. Luckily though our client did not do that and we changed our password straight away.
I just wanted to warn everybody out there who has an account with StarGate.

Ive heard of the company but dont do business there.
From reading your post, and the way it is worded, it sounds like you just tried to register the domain completely over again?
Once the domain is registered, you dont actually register the domain over again, but you "renew" it, at the end of the domain expiry period.
MAYBE this is what caused your problems?
Whatever the case may be, I dont agree with them "giving out your password"
I would be complaining to someone in charge there!

Yeah we tried renewing the domain but since that didn't work, our client told us to try and re-register the domain. But that also didn't work.
I am sorry, I should have mentioned that in the post.
