If needed we can set up sub-forums under the Web Hosting Ethics heading. I think as we get more organised it might make things easier to manage. I'll leave it open for a group decision, but just let me know when the time comes.

Once we get started forming sub-committees-the first one will be the web site committee, then they can have their own sub-forums so that their threads aren't mixed in with ours.
