Address Bar Re URL Address

I do not want to show the complete URL address within the address bar...

I've noticed at some sites that after entering the main page... the URL address in the location bar does not change... does not show the new directory folder, new html file name etc...

What coding is needed.

A very simple way is to use Frames. Make the parent frame very small and very thin so it doesn't appear at all. :)

To my surprise I was able to come up with this solution over the weekend.

So far I've been able to redure thr master frame down to about a 1/4 inch.....
Can it be made smaller... and how....
