can everyone have test the http://tacidhost.com web host provider? It is a reseller of the Fasthost for win2000.
Can everyone test the linux hosting?
Please write any info about this host.
for $20 per year provide many features.

Tacidhost has received a lot of bad reviews over the past couple of months.

Go to http://www.webhostingtalk.com and do a search on "Tacidhost" and "Tacidblue." You will see what I'm talking about.

I'm not a big fan of pulling another host down, but Tacid are a laughing stock at the moment. I can't think of another host in years that is more poorly run, and dis-organised than them.

They are caught daily lying to customers and have been booted from at least a few providers...

Avoid.....

Any WebHost advertising Unlimited Bandwidth should be avoided in my honest opinion.

Tacidhost is a reseller..........not a real Web Hosting Company.

They have been complained all over web hosting forums on the Internet.

I think they are a reseller for apollo host.

Tarring them with the same brush as Tacid is kind of a low blow to resellers everywhere. Resellers are just as real as every other hosting provider.

Most "real" web hosting companies are reselling all or part of their services. Whether they are reselling the bandwidth they purchased from their ISP or telco, reselling space on a server leased from a NOC (who is reselling a server purchased elsewhere), or reselling blocks of server space they've purchased from a wholesaler, they are still all reselling something.

Your mileage may vary with all types of hosting providers, regardless of what place they occupy on the web hosting food chain. No matter what type of business Shang of Tacid runs, he's shown himself to be not just a poor web host, but a poor businessman.

You know, I've often wondered myself how these people keep going, and not only stay out of jail, but manage to keep getting customers. As someone who works pretty hard to build a business you just have to shake your head. This guy is just another in a long line of crooks out there in a shady end of the industry made famous by 'weasel boy' as he's become known as when when Truehosting was shafting their customers a year or two ago. Shang is an amatuer next to that guy but he's gaining ground fast to be sure...
