James... ack! You beat me to Altavista.. or do you know Spanish? :D

Do you agree with the opinion that gave the user "[fatboy]" on "Resellermatrix"?
"Avoid resellermatrix at all cost. They are notorious for not refunding money and other problems. They are also in the middle of a large number of lawsuits from what I hear."
I wait for a reasoned answer and your technical advice.
Muchas gracias por vuestra atención y saludos desde España.
Antonio

A while back we were using Resellermatrix for our Linux hosting solution. We were happy with them until Alabanza, Resellermatrix hosting provider, had a network problem. The problem was that no one was able to view their web site, Resellermatrix web sites, nor Alabanza?s web site. All of the diagnostics that we have done, from different locations and network setups using different Internet connections, have shown that all of the packets were being stopped at Alabanza.pos12-0-0.ar1.PHI1.gblx.net (208.49.224.94).
We have tried to contact Resellermatrix via e-mail regarding this issue, but even our e-mails would not go through. We finally sent two letters, one to each of their mailing addresses, describing our problems. We had provided them with our diagnostics and all other information regarding our tests. They sent us an e-mail stating that if we are having problems to log on to the web site and file a support ticket to have the problem checked.
I had sent them another letter explaining, again, the fact that since Alabanza.pos12-0-0.ar1.PHI1.gblx.net (208.49.224.94) was dropping all requests, we were unable to even view their web site to fill out a help/support ticket to have someone look into the matter. I had provided, again, all of our diagnostic troubleshooting showing that we were unable to view our web site, theirs, and Alabanza?s.
They again sent an e-mail stating that if we were having problems to visit their web site to fill out a support ticket to have someone look into the problem. This time, though, they had noted that they wee able to view ?all of the sites in question.?
I finally sent them another letter, which I had also sent a courtesy copy along with all of the other written correspondence to Alabanza, explaining that it was impossible for us to do as they wish because of Alabanza.pos12-0-0.ar1.PHI1.gblx.net (208.49.224.94) dropping the requests. We then had to explain to them, which we obviously not ?Tech People,? why they would be able to view the sites and we, in the Toledo area, we not able to. I even went as far as to break down and explain some of the finer points in Networking so that they may be able to understand our problem and to understand how the diagnostic troubleshooting was showing that there was a problem with the Alabanza network.
Resellermatrix again sent one of their infamous letters stating that if we were having problems to go to their web site and fill out a support ticket. But this time something odd had happened. The problem became fixed out of nowhere. Soon after the ?miracle,? we had received a letter from Alabanza thanking us for bringing to their attention the problem that we had diagnosed with their network. They went on to say that because of our troubleshooting it was easy for them to find and resolve the problem.
The time that this had occurred was just shy of two months. Needles to say we have lost a large amount of money and had to do emergency ?server swapping? in order to resolve the problems that our customers have experienced. Now we have 75% of our client on our own servers that are in-house.
This is not to sway you to use Resellermatrix or not to use them. It is simply a ?real life? account of a former user of their service. In defense for them, I have to say that before this ?problem,? they have been nothing but the best for our needs at that time. They had always, and immediately, answered all problems and requests that we had ever had.
