I need some information on two hosting companies .www.lfchosting.com and
http://www.rsa-networks.com/

I've never used either WebHost so can't comment on support or uptime but if i was you id personally choose rsa networks. The reason for that chose is because they clearly state the bandwidth your allowed where as www.lfchosting.com don't they claim unlimited bandwidth.

This clearly is not possible. If there really was unlimited bandwidth from that host dont you think people like Microsoft, yahoo and altavista would be using them rather than there own networks??

What's made you narrow your search down to just these two companies?
