hey i am currently paying to host offshore so i can link to warez content
but i was wondering is it illegal to link to warez content in Australia because i could host my own site because it will be easier so can i legally ?

Yes, it is illegal, because the google not support this types of linking. if you wanna to promote your site and get high rank in SERPs, then you have to make relevant links for batter PR and ranking. Good luck!!!!
