I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but here it is. :)

I'm use Outlook's feature called group for sending out emails for a list of people. But sometimes people don't get the emails, other times they do. So far I know it's been Hotmail users who didn't get my mails.

- Does Hotmail think my mails are spam, since I sent them to a list and not individually ?

I dont think it has any difference, Hotmail cant stop any e-mail passing unless the user has a Junkmail filter! So check with the people you are sending it to if you can!

Don't Hotmail have junk filter on all accounts ? People might be able to turn it off, but some on my list are not that good with the PC's, so they are clueless.
I guess a way to deal with it, is to put up a subscription based list on my site, those must work ?

bCentral has a solution for subscription lists:

Hotmail junk mail filters has various settings and as you say it might be defaulted to a high screening setting. There is a filter where you will only receive e-mail from your Contacts or on your safe list.
