Web page with frames

I have had a web site running for a few years. I have up graded the site to include frames. The initial page that loads has three frames, one across the top and two colunms down. The column down on the left is a list of menu buttons and the right frame is the target frame. The problem is that since I made the changes the initial frames page does not load. Any help would be helpful

Can you post a link to your website so we can see the problem?
I would reccomend breaking out of Frames and using SHTML.
