Hardware and server prices would be comparable to rackshack however I would like it if data center was not in the USA but still have a good response time from USA.

I doubt you'll find one. Rackshack are a cheap provider even for the states. The server's we lease don't even come close to that kind of offer, nor - in all honesty - would we even look at getting servers at that rate. US datacenters offer the best deals, so if you're looking elsewhere expect to pay more.

jason... u braindead or just plain dumb? the person clearly gave a price range... which u are totally not near... and to top it off, the person was clear they didn't want a server in the US... a little desparate for sales? not a good sign

Man! The flame wars happen in every forum! It's good you have so much emotion but it's equally as bad a sign. It never hurts to put your name out there. Even if the initial prospect isn't interested someone who read over the post may be.
