I've heard of the company before. I just can't remember if it's good things or bad things.

yeah, they were generally a joke because they are so misleading in the layout of their site... and have a high setup fee which just makes it more worthwhile to pay a higher monthly rate elsewhere like rackshack.net ... top it all off, gotta pay a year upfront... heh
