Well i just started this site where i have some great pre registered domain names http://www.CheapId.com

But the question is, which host is the cheapest when it comes to transferring owner? because i have seen some registrars are charging a lot isn' t it?

If you simply mean transferring ownership of the name rather than transferring the name from one registrar to another, a number of registration sites offer this service for free. Often this is in the form of a "push" function that lets you push a name between accounts.

Example: you register mygreatnewdomain.com at pushcapablesite.com and find a buyer. If the buyer also has an account at pushcapablesite.com you can move (push) the domain into their account free of charge.
