For ecommerce website, good product design can bring good conversion on your website. It is responsible for motivating users for final conversion and is the detail page which users might want to know about products. So below are some tips for product page design.

Provide more than one images from different angle of the product.

Provide Zoom facility to enlarge the products and include clear image which focus on entire product.

If products are available in different color, provide facility to view products in that color.

Include detail information on shipping and attributes of products.

Include shipping policy and return policy on product page or give clear link for navigation to detail policy page.

Give navigation from which users can see previous visited pages with actual link.

Clears Add to cart option on your products with simple cart design.

These are great tips. I would like to add that the “Add to Cart” and “Proceed to Checkout” calls to action should be a button since the average online shopper is used to looking for a button when purchasing on the Internet.
