The reseller plan is amazing...a little _too_ amazing. So I'm wondering...has anyone here used them? I don't care if you've used their shared accounts, I want to hear all feedback about them.

Please check plughost again.

We have changed our reseller pricing and moved to higher spec machines.

Thanks

I signed up and paid for an account. So far all I have receiced from PlugHost is a contol panel I cannot access. They claim they will get back to you in thirty minutes. Well its been THREE DAYS with no respsonce. a number they had listed is busy all the time. No physical address to contact them. I feel as if I have been conned by plughost. Maybe you should rename your company unpluggedhosting. I have dealt with many web hosting companies, this one is the bottom of the barrel.

I've heard some bad things about them in another hosting forum, you may want to do some research of your own before making a decision.

If its a new host, give them time. Pay more if you want higher class hosting.

They are new and do deserve time to get things worked out. Keep sending them emails, if they don't work things out for you after a little while then maybe try someone else. But give them a chance.

Not sure how you formed the opinion that they are "new" as it looks like some from the co. responded above and looking at the date from his post it was from 2003.
Ive also read complaints elsewhere.

Your right, sorry about that, that's what you get when you don't pay attention.

I've also had a bad experience with Plughost. My site has been going down for days at a time. As of now it's 3 days. I've emailed them every time I see it's down, and I never get a response.

Hello,

According to me we must first check for the quality and affordable services before getting the registered with any company. Company?s main objective would be to provide incomparable affordable services and support to all the clients. They should never compromise with the quality of web server and technology.

I have a website hosted with PlugHost.com. My site has been down
consecutively now for 6 days. The site usually goes down every week
for
about 1.5 days. Despite the tickets and emails that I send to them,
they do
not respond. I paid for a year of hosting and I have not received
that.

Those reseller packages are horrible for the price that they are giving them to you at. Do some research, I gurantee you can find better.

Those prices aren't really horrible. I'd say their quite reasonable for a profit and non-overselling, although there are cheaper companies, service is what should matter most.
