 No email from any scripts for more than 28 Days and still not resolved.
 No email from any scripts for more than 28 Days and still not resolved.
 Technical Support? Forget about it they simply ignore you or put you on hold form more 20 minutes just to hear nothing
 Support tickets? they have to close it fast because it's probably monitored so they just close the ticket without solving the issue
 Site Downtime? how about this ugly "Sorry site not available" in face of your customers? for 2-3 times each week?
Charges? 2 time invoices with unknown payments for 60$ and the other is 35$ nobody has figured why I paid them yet..
No email from any scripts for more than 28 Days and still not resolved.

How interland thinks the customers can take more of this careless and Ignorance?
Please Take my Advice don't put yourself in this nightmare..

The Interland Merger with Hostpro has certainly caused support and service to disintegrate as do all mergers do in the begining. As in the last 52 weeks, Interland's stock plummeted drastically to a point where they were pretty much waiting for a corporate raid or go to bankruptcy.
Nevertheless HostPro came to the rescue.

Whether or not their merger has been good or bad, it helped the company I worked for. Our company has recently received alot of new clients who came from there, which were surveyed on the order form.

I've heard from a number of panicky PSInet hosting customers recently. They've been taking on water since December and their customers are not waiting for the band to start playing Nearer My God to Thee, before they jump ship.

Just goes to show you, the bigger they are, the harder they fall. Wonder how long it is before PSINet stadium gets renamed for a different corporate sponsor.

The funny part is a few months ago the news was that all the little guys would end up being swallowed and bought out by a few huge 'super-hosting' monoliths. The more recent past is starting to look quite the opposite. There are a few of these giant companies circling the drain these days with people jumping ship left and right. More than a few are starting to realise that bigger isn't always better. Hosting is a service industry not a product one. A personal touch is a great advantage when it comes to service, and that's something very few large hosts can possibly compete with.

When's the last time who saw someone from Verio or CIHost in a webhosting forum?

Speaking of Interland.....I got a snail mail letter (again) from them today...personally signed by Cyndi West, VP,Sales.
basically offering a free month of service, and outlining how they are the *best*
Sad.....isnt it:shake:
Several months ago they sent out ads with a chance to win a new Volkswagon.......hummm, I wonder if there was ever a *winner* of that car.:D

Actually some one did. Me.

It breaks down all the time, there is no place to service it, and I keep getting mailings asking to upgrade to the deluxe model.

Since November 2000, we have been moving sites away from Interland as renewals came up. Support was the first to go. Moved to a small hosting company in Atlanta. Now we are looking again. Anyone heard of Yeshost.com?

Stay away from YESHOST!!! They are spammers. Not to mention until we informed many of the host they stole from, they are copyright violators. Never support a company who spams for business.
