Please avoid HostDream at all costs!!! I don't use their reseller services, so I can't actually comment on that. I do have their regular hosting plan, and their service and uptime are horrendous. Support is rude, and don't listen to any comments. Uptime... what uptime? My site is regularly down 1-2 hours a day. It's down right now, haha! There's also no forums for help, you need to email them, and you don't have the comfort of knowing if other are having problems. I realized most people are experiencing what I am after I searched for some of their reviews. If you don't believe me just look for yourself.
