I am with hostvelocity and they are really good:) but i need more bandwidth i am spending too much on the site :(

I think for the most part, they are pretty reliable from what I hear.
I know they have their own support forum, so I would suggest posting there and also dropping them an email with some questions.
I think they had some problems awhile back from moving to another NOC or something similar.

I have two accounts at host rocket, very good service. With a good ticket system and quick responses. I just setup these two accounts about two months ago. And have no expirenced any down time, all their new servers are awsome... im on host 29.
