Traffic to a template site?

I've just set up a template site as an affiliate of template monster. For an opening offer i am giving 5% off all templates but how do i get people to the site? Who are the best people to target?

your browser two times. All you have to do is set your home
page to their address. This is like a traffic exchange program
except you don't need to give any traffic to start, just yourself.
There is also a Pro package which enables you to buy traffic.
But the free service works just fine for me.
