FTP help

I want to make few sub directories in a domain and I want to give the FTP right to the owne of the sub directory like www.abc.com/user
I want to give user name and password to the user for the ftp. This is same like www.angelfire.com and www.geocities.com do.
My server OS is linux and apache web server and ensim control panel installed.

You should be able to just create a user. Which will have ftp rights, and a directory for web pages.
