Who in the UK is repsected here for their reseller plans?

By that I mean UK hosts with UK servers - Redbus or similar.

Not as far as I know - Unless you can buy respectability...

I would try looking through http://www.webhostdir.com/spotlight/reseller.asp and emailing some company to see what there response is like.
